I was reprimanded for my annual asthma test (or they would not give me my prescription), the nurse over ran all her appointments so I waited over an hour for a 2 min check. Then had to wait whilst she got a dr to sign my prescription for another 20 minutes. Fuming!!

I made an emergency appointment for my 4month old daughter to see a DOCTOR I turned up for my daughters appointment only for it to be a nurse. I was already feeling stressed as my daughter has reflux and isn't feeding very well to be told off the nurse she can't give/ do anything after me stating I wasn't happy she got the doctor to see me which was a waste of time as she too didn't give anything to help my daughter all she did was refer my daughter to a paediatrician in the mean time while waiting for that appointment I have to keep seeing my daughter in pain. In regards to the receptionist I don't feel it's there right to ask what the problem is why your ringing for an appointment what happened to patient/doctor confidentiality??

The reception staff are very rude and some of them are looking to cause problems the attitudes are appauling

Since joining the surgery i have been really impressed with the service and level of care by the GP, Nurse and the reception staff.
